This project is about event visual identity of primary school anniversary. the design used by a primary school which is designer’s alma mater.

This project is about event visual identity of primary school anniversary. So the design mainly serves the students of the primary school and their teachers.

The name of this design is "Colorful Childhood". It means the school not only pays attention to the transmission of knowledge, but also cares about the happiness of students.

The designer researched the structure of landmark sculptures in school, The designer realized that the sculptures themselves is a logo. The logo is a clean and distinct design with only two figures that denote the number which is 20, It have both the function of information communicating and decorative as a character image.

Both the client and the designer hope that this design will be provided extensive and intense publicity. meanwhile, it’s a solid excuse to shout-out that we have a good taste of design.

I have interested in drawing something when I was a kid. So I was recommended to be an assistant of art teacher in middle school. After that, I received a good art education with my parents' support. After graduating from high school, I was admitted to the university of the Arts to major in visual communication design. I always dream of becoming an active and valued designer in the realm of graphic design. I really love communication design and believe that creative design is in my blood.

I think good communication with client is very important in design work process.

In my opinion, Good design is the design with high involvement and design is no longer the individual work of designer. The role of user experiences fundamental change from information receiver to righteous participant in the design process.

Technology development has broken the limitations between art and science and broadened people's horizons of art and science, which has brought more possibilities to art. The new creative media provides new carriers and new possibilities for communication design, and provides an operable platform for the audience to participate in the design, so that people have a better understanding and reflection on the work of interaction design. At the same time, the fusion of static and graphic design works, as well as the fusion of senses such as hearing, taste, smell, and touch, can achieve multiple design effects. In the case of stimulating the audience through the senses, the traditional graphic design produced by interactive visual communication design is more suitable for human sense organs to obtain diversified information, so as to obtain a better information transmission effect.
