About Linking Stool Kindergarten Stool
Linking Stool is a backless seat designed for kindergarten use. The seat is round, is made of teakwood and measures 400 by 245 by 230 millimeters. A connecting plate and a linking shaft fit into holes in the seat, so several units can be joined or separated quickly. The linking system was inspired by a bicycle chain. Joined seats allow children to sit close together and play games around a teacher. The design also keeps seating tidy instead of scattered and supports the supervision of group activities.

- Unique Properties
- The children in the kindergarten can touch the collective life since childhood, and kindergarten is the happy world of children. Linking Stool is designed according to the daily activities of the kindergarten, and Linking Stool has a round shape, especially the function to Linking Stool the stools with each other. Children can arbitrarily link the stools together, get close to each other, or play games around teachers, which is a process that children want.
- Inspiration
- I observed that when the kindergarten teacher played games with the children, the children often gathered around the teacher. I was inspired by the chain of the bicycle and wanted to design a kindergarten bench that could be Linked or disassembled quickly, so the Linking Stool came into being. At the same time, Linking Stool allows more kids to be more intimate and learn to share based on the combination.

- 1. Most kindergarten stool are used as independent furniture. As there are many children in kindergartens, the benches are placed in a scattered way. 2. The original kindergarten stool structure is relatively simple, which cannot meet the different needs in the process of kindergarten educational activities.
