X19 is an ergonomic study chair designed to support the spinal health of adolescents. A three section support structure gives support from the head to the thighs. A triple zone adaptive lumbar cushion wraps the lower back and adjusts as the user leans forward or reclines. The lumbar cushion can be switched between soft and firm support modes. The seat, backrest, lumbar cushion and headrest are all adjustable, so the chair fits users of different body sizes. The frame is made of PP, the seat uses breathable mesh fabric, and the base is made of carbon steel.

A backrest offers up to 8 degrees of tilt adjustment, ensuring a continuously perfect fit to the spine. The seat, lumbar cushion, headrest, and backrest are all adjustable, fully meeting personalized needs.

- X19 reimagines the warm embrace and gentle protection offered by a mother as a 3D support logic. The lumbar cushion envelops the lower back like a pair of caring arms, while the backrest perfectly fits the spine like a comforting palm. The chair allows users to feel as if wrapped in a reassuring hug every time they sit down, silently safeguarding their healthy growth throughout their learning journey.

Most ergonomic chairs rely on fixed lumbar and back support, failing to adapt to the dynamic changes in posture during study sessions. - The challenge was offering dynamic, uninterrupted scientific support. To address this, X19 pioneers a triple zone adaptive lumbar cushion that delivers wrap around lateral support. This not only ensures even, comfortable cushioning, but also accommodates the subtle shifts or postural adjustments of adolescents, helping maintain an upright sitting position. Moreover, the cushion responds in real time to movements such as forward leaning or backward reclining, providing consistent lumbar support.
- Realization and Technology
- The PP frame balances stability with flexibility, providing elastic cushioning for effective support. The seat surface utilizes skin friendly, breathable TT mesh fabric for lasting dryness and a comfortable fit. The saddle shaped curved seat cushion made from resilient molded foam offers zoned support for the hips and thighs, ensuring continuous support and comfort. The base employs 2 mm thick carbon steel and a triangular mechanical structure for enhanced durability and stability.
- Operation and Interaction
- The lumbar cushion features two innovative modes, allowing seamless switching between adaptive soft support and firm support. The lumbar cushion provides 4 cm of vertical adjustment, the backrest delivers 4 cm of depth adjustment, and the seat offers 12 cm of height adjustment, accommodating users of varying body sizes.
