More About Pinbar Tea And Beverage Capsule Machine
Pinbar is a tea and beverage capsule machine for home use. Pinbar also works as a water dispenser, so the needs of a whole family can be met. The body is simple and compact, with a width of only 200 millimetres and overall dimensions of 323 by 200 by 373 millimetres. A touch colour screen and a metal knob, tilted 10 degrees for easier reach, guide each step. Every capsule is read by a code scanner, and the stored brewing settings are applied automatically. Water temperature and cup volume can be selected in several levels. Water is supplied by a 2 litre tank or by a direct pipeline.

- The products are different, Pinbar is not only a capsule machine but also a water discharger, which can meet the needs of the whole family. - Inspiration
- The idea originally came from a tea brew. Everyone sat together and chatted and drank tea, which led to the idea of making an efficient, convenient and small machine for preparing tea.
- Research
- Friends all over the world love tea, and for more than 3 years, we have been accumulating, developing and researching the taste and brewing conditions of tea capsules. We prepared the recipe and brewing conditions for each flavor capsule, and distributed mobile phone data in the form of an anonymous questionnaire through tasting, and finally determined the optimal brewing parameters to guarantee the taste of the capsule.
- Challenge
- Drinks are becoming more and more popular, in order to facilitate friends from different countries and regions around the world to enjoy a good cup of tea easily and conveniently, we have designed and developed such products.
- Realization and Technology
- We have found that the key factors that affect the taste of tea beverages are brewing temperature and time. In order to make it easier for users to adjust these parameters, we decided to design a product with a high-definition color screen + knob. Therefore, the attractive place of the appearance of the product is the touch color screen + metal knob, and the ergonomic interaction tilt is 10°. Second, the shape of the whole machine is as small and simple as possible to avoid occupying too much table space.
- Operation and Interaction
- We use QR code memory to store the optimal brewing conditions for various capsules. Users do not need to carry out the cumbersome traditional tea brewing process, but scan the code, adjust the ginseng, and the operation of tea out is very intuitive and convenient. User-friendly interface where users can easily use him. The two water source methods are also very flexible, supporting 2L large water tanks to directly connect water storage and pure water pipelines.
