About Avalanche Surfacing Solution
Avalanche is a translucent engineered quartz surface made for kitchens, bathrooms and wall and floor coverings. The appearance of Avalanche is based on natural onyx stone, with long veins running through each slab. The surface transmits light, so a light source placed underneath turns the panel into an illuminated element. Avalanche is produced from recycled crystal quartz, glass and resin, pressed under vacuum and polished with diamond abrasives. The material is non-porous, scratch resistant and suitable for food contact.

- Avalanche is one of the most durable materials due to the quartz mineral,which is one of the hardest minerals after diamond.Avalanche, 90 % recycled quartz content adds superior properties to the structure and surface durability, scratch and acid,basic alkaline and chemical resistance and increase the strength four times than onyx,granite and marble.The vein pattern design sustainable every slab due to robotic process whereas the natural stones pattern changed every block cut to size as slab.

- Operation and Interaction
- Natural quartz minerals and resin composed in mixers. The mixture transport directly to distribution unit. Vein effect unit gives a marble look pattern. Mixture go to the vibration press under vacuum and pressed. The slab shaped to length of 310 cm and the width of 152 cm and the thickness of 20 cm, cured at the oven, polished with diamond abrasives to give them higher glosses finishes and final quality control area separated the slabs to their quality and pick up glossy surface face to face, bundled and transport to the clients.

- The Avalanche Project started at 2020 in Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant, start up in 2020 at the production and exhibited to the market at 2021. Since 2021 to these time Belenco Avalanche is on the market of mainly USA.

- Due to its chemical formulation including recycled quartz, glass and resin combined to compact slab shape vibro-comprehension under vacuum press. We are offering healthy, hygienic, and transparent lighting surfaces. Avalanche is made by Belenco with the latest high technology engineered stone fully automatic robotic producing lines to serve the interior designer more sustainable natural look compound stones. Slabs have a shape of 330,165,2cm thick.
