The project provides a portable living experience for the outdoor crowd, which is mainly divided into two parts: the main body and modules that can be changed.The main body includes charging, toothbrush and shaving functions.Fittings include toothbrush and shaving head.The original inspiration for the product came from people who love to travel and have their luggage cluttered or lost, so the portable, versatile package became the product is positioning. About Fangui Zeng and Tien-Li Chen
He is an associate professor and the director of the Discipline and Research Management Office at the School of Design and Arts, Hunan University of Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Design and serves as the director of the Center for Product Design Innovation. His research interests include product innovation design and education for special populations. He has led six provincial and ministerial-level research projects and participated in nine national and provincial-level research projects. Additionally, he serves as a consultant for product design and development at Membrane Solutions Company and as a resident expert at Shaodong Smart Manufacturing Technology Research Institute.

The A' Cosmetic Product Design Award is an international competition recognizing good cosmetic products by best cosmetic product brands and designers worldwide. - Unique Properties
- The project provides a portable life experience for outdoor people, it is mainly divided into two parts,the main body and accessories. The main body includes charging, toothbrush and shaving functions. Accessories include toothbrush and shaving head.
- Inspiration
- For people who love to travel, messy luggage or loss of luggage happen often. If multi functional life items can be combined together, on the one hand, loss of luggage situation shall be avoided, on the other hand, the weight of luggage shall be reduced, which provides a greater possibility for spontaneous travelling.
- Research
- The original inspiration for designing this product came from people who love to travel, messy luggage or loss of luggage happen often.So the portable, multi functional modular combination set became our design direction. We put our heads together first,Through a large number of hand painted expression to screen the most suitable scheme.Then use the modeling software to make, improve the feasibility of the scheme. The only solution was finally decided.
- Challenge
- In the process of design and production, we were faced with a question: what do people need to travel.Such a problem, try to choose the most necessary, so that our design can reach the range of acceptable to the public.
- Realization and Technology
- It is composed of a dry battery, a magnetic suspension core, a micro DC motor, a battery box, a toothbrush head, a metal guard plate, a polymer compound and a sleeve.
- Operation and Interaction
- When using the function of electric toothbrush, kindly install the brush head in the corresponding position and switch it on; when using the function of electric razor, please replace the brush head and install the knife head and switch it on; when using the function of power bank, simply connect the cable with the USB interface.
