Shenzhen OCT Hengchuan MW Space ist der Innenraum eines Weinclubs, der in einem früheren Bürogebäude in Shenzhen entstanden ist. Das Projekt umfasst 760 Quadratmeter und beherbergt einen Schulungsbereich für Weinproben, eine Social Kitchen, einen Weinkeller, ein Restaurant, eine Whiskybar, ein Lager sowie Bürobereiche. Die Funktionsbereiche sind horizontal um einen zentralen öffentlichen Raum angeordnet, sodass die Wegeführung flüssig bleibt und jeder Bereich eigenständig funktioniert. Zement, Marmor und rohes Holz verleihen den Räumen einen ruhigen, zurückhaltenden Ton. Der Innenraum ist als stiller Ort für Erholung und Gespräche gedacht.
