Über Moon Chair Selbstmontage-Stuhl

Moon Chair ist ein Stuhl zur Selbstmontage aus Massivholz. Der Entwurf nutzt traditionelle Zapfenverbindungen in Kombination mit Schwalbenschwanz-Verriegelungen. Es kommen keinerlei Metallverbinder zum Einsatz, sodass sich der Moon Chair in zwei bis drei Schritten von Hand zusammensetzen und wieder zerlegen lässt. Der Stuhl besteht aus amerikanischem Nussbaum und wird durch Holzfräsen in Form gebracht. Die Abmessungen betragen 390 mal 340 mal 680 Millimeter. Das flache Verpackungsformat senkt die Transportkosten und eignet sich für den Online-Vertrieb. Der Stuhl richtet sich an junge Menschen mit kleinen Wohnungen, die häufig umziehen.

Forschung: Nowadays, the young generation has lower income, small living space, likes online shopping, moves frequently and pursues a certain quality of life. They need flexible, space-saving, easy-to-use, simple and stylish furniture to improve their quality of life. Moon Chair skillfully uses traditional mortise and tenon structure, the whole product has no metal connectors, and can be assembled and disassembled with bare hands, and the beauty of its structure well demonstrates the wisdom of the predecessors. The flat design greatly reduces transportation costs and is ideal for online sales.
Inspiration: The current young generation of people with low income, narrow living space, like online shopping, often moving, the pursuit of a certain quality of life. We hope to design a new mortise and tenon structure based on the traditional mortise and tenon structure, combined with the toughness of wood materials, to realize a high degree of integration of the disassembling function, firmness and aesthetics of the chair!
Projektdauer: The project started in April 2018 in Hangzhou and finished in August 2020 in Hangzhou.
Betriebsablauf: Open the product package, and assemble the product in 2-3 steps; the operation is very convenient, you can experience the fun of assembly, and the completed product is solid and durable.
