Über Gin And Chuan Innenarchitektur eines Restaurants

Gin and Chuan ist ein Projekt der Restaurant-Innenarchitektur im Zentrum von East Hongqiao in Shanghai, China. Das Projekt umfasst eine Fläche von 2.000 Quadratmetern und beinhaltet zehn separate Speiseräume mit Sitzplätzen für 200 Gäste. Der Entwurf verbindet einen modernen Schweizer internationalen Stil mit der Keramikkunst aus Jingdezhen. Die maßgefertigten Keramikstücke werden in Jingdezhen von Hand gefertigt und bei 1400 Grad gebrannt, sodass jedes Stück ein Unikat ist. Die Innenräume nehmen Bezug auf die Bashu-Kultur und die Sichuan-Küche und verbinden diese kulinarische Tradition mit Whisky. Der Entwurf wurde 2022 fertiggestellt.

It connects many business circles such as Tianshan Hongqiao and Gubei, and its geographical location is unique. Relying on the Great Hongqiao Hub, “Gin and Chuan”Restaurant has superimposed the dual empowerment of Hongqiao Central Business District and Changning District. This is bound to become the new top class.

It combines the western modern design represented by Swiss internationalism design style with Jingdezhen ceramic art, and explores the "East Porcelain and West Charm" international aesthetic expression paradigm restaurant that contains the essence of ceramic art and has an international aesthetic style.

Betriebsablauf: Custom-made exclusive ceramic handicrafts from Jingdezhen, each product is hand-made and unique, and is fired at a high temperature of 1400 degrees.
