Über Beiguan Li Geschäfts- und Gemeinschaftsgebäude

Beiguan Li ist eine kleine urbane Kultur- und Handelsgemeinschaft in Qiqihar, China. Das Grundstück umfasst 10.000 Quadratmeter und liegt in der Nähe der Bukui North Street sowie des angrenzenden Sees. Mehrere Einzelgebäude überlagern sich und verschmelzen zu einer gemischten, offenen und durchlässigen Gruppe. Die Anordnung schafft zahlreiche relativ eigenständige Räume, die ineinander übergehen, sodass Besucher innehalten und an lokalen Aktivitäten teilnehmen können. Ein Seeterrassenpark, ein äußerer Platz und mehrgeschossige Innenhöfe sind Teil des Entwurfs. Der Farbton ist ein schlichtes, kühles Grau, und Tageslicht erhellt die Räume.
