Über Elastic Change Personenwaage

Elastic Change ist eine Personenwaage, die das Gewicht auf physische Weise sichtbar macht. Die Oberfläche besteht aus weichem Silikon und fühlt sich beim Betreten wie eine sich wölbende Kugel an. Unter der Last senkt sich die Oberfläche, sodass die Veränderung des Messwerts auch unter den Füßen spürbar wird. Menschen mit unterschiedlichem Gewicht erzeugen Vertiefungen unterschiedlicher Tiefe. Der Sockel besteht aus gestanztem Metall, und ein G-förmiger Sensor aus Manganstahl erfasst Veränderungen von bis zu 50 Gramm. Die Waage misst 300 mal 300 mal 80 Millimeter.

When standing on, it is like stepping on a bulging sphere. The scale surface sinks with the change of the value and people can feel this change in an intuitive physical way. People with different weight have different depths of depressions on the scales. Displaying weight in an intuitive way brings a whole new way of experience.
