One Hengqin-Macao Bay er et salgscenter beliggende på 43. etage i Huafa Hengqin International Finance Building i Zhuhai, et tårn med en højde på 339 meter. Interiøret dækker 1000 kvadratmeter. Designet tager udgangspunkt i koncepterne om skyer og stigende tidevand og indrammer udsigten til hav og himmel uden for vinduerne. Metallinjer former væggene, mens parketgulve i marmor af høj renhed dækker gulvet. Planløsningen understøtter tre anvendelsesformer: kommunikation, hvile og arbejde. Naturligt lys og skygge føres ind i rummet og skaber en fordybende oplevelse.

- The space superimposes highly complex multi-format scenes. The metal lines in the shape of the wall are relatively complex, and high-purity marble parquets are used to pave the ground to form a fashionable space with both luxurious taste and strong modern flavor.
