Om Laguna 182 Beboelsesbygning
Laguna 182 er en beboelsesbygning i Itajai, Santa Catarina, Brasilien. Tårnet har niogtyve etager og enogfyrre lejligheder fordelt på fjorten forskellige planløsninger, med to lejligheder pr. etage. Buede og bugtende linjer former facaden. Udkragede betonterrasser skifter position på hver etage, så hver lejlighed har en privat have. Naturlig vegetation vokser hen over bygningen. Materialerne omfatter beton, glas, keramik, galvaniseret stål, aluminiumskompositmateriale og certificeret træ. Designet sigter mod at reducere miljøpåvirkningen og understøtte en fællesskabsfølelse.

- Unikke Egenskaber
- Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.

- The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.
