Mae Borgio Verezzi yn adeilad preswyl gyda dau ddeg dau o loriau, yn ninas Caxias do Sul, yn ne eithaf Brasil. Roedd y dewis am gynnyrch preswyl gwahaniaethol yn argyhoeddiad y datblygwr a'r cwmni pensaernïol ers ei astudiaethau cynharaf. Yn folwmetrig, mae'r adeilad yn cynnwys monolith fertigol gyda chyfeintoedd wedi'u tynnu yn ei gorneli lle mae'r balconïau wedi'u lleoli. Mae'r balconïau hyn wedi'u gwthio a'u hymestyn er mwyn sicrhau gwell golygfa a golau haul i bob llawr.

Mae Borgio Verezzi Adeilad Preswyl yn enillydd Gwobr Aur A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth aruthrol o fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau o'r radd flaenaf, rhyfeddol a rhagorol. Mae enillwyr Aur yn greadigaethau hynod arloesol, gweledigaethol a disglair o ysblennydd sydd yn adlewyrchu athrylith, doethineb a medrusrwydd eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Borgio Verezzi Adeilad Preswyl fod yn ddyfais hynod glodfawr, arloesol a chofadwy sydd yn cyflwyno gwerth digynsail. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Aur A' Design Award yn brosiect ysblennydd a pharchus sydd yn elwa yn fawr ac yn symud ymlaen ffiniau celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg. Mae Borgio Verezzi Adeilad Preswyl yn creu teimladau dwys o ddyhead, yn cynhyrfu angerdd, yn annog creadigrwydd ac yn ein cyfareddu.

Priodweddau Unigryw: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample
vertical monolith with suppressed volumes at its corners,
where are located great balconies that end up diminishing the
volume. The balconies are pushed and stretched for better
viewing and sunlight of each plane.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: The development consists of a residential building with
twenty-two floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 280.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with four
suites. Social area with
more than 110.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a
large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 1431,90 square meters and the Gross Area: 10.190,00 square meters.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, granites, apparent concrete and double glasses were used in the facades and other areas.
Her Dylunio: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Ymchwil: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. With this, arose the proposal of an authorial architecture that dialogue with the art and with plastic artists of the region. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Llif Gweithrediad: The better result and perform pass by the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, conscious consuption of water, termoacustic confort, discharge correct and recycling.
