Am AD House Preswylfa Un Deulu

Mae Tŷ AD yn breswylfa un deulu wedi'i lleoli yn Teresina, Brasil, ardal â hinsawdd gynnes iawn. Mae'r tŷ yn cynnig 495 metr sgwâr o ofod adeiledig ar safle o 814 metr sgwâr. Mae'r llawr gwaelod yn cynnwys y gegin, y garej, ystafelloedd byw a bwyta a phatio, tra bod yr ystafelloedd gwely wedi'u lleoli ar y llawr cyntaf. Mae gofod cymunedol ar gyfer ymgynnull a gorffwys wedi'i osod ar y to. Mae'r waliau wedi'u gwneud o frics ceramig, y strwythur o goncrit a'r to o deils alwminiwm thermo-acwstig. Mae sgriniau pren wedi'i losgi a gofodau gwyrdd integredig yn lleihau'r gwres o fewn yr adeilad.

Mae AD House Preswylfa Un Deulu yn enillydd Gwobr Haearn A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau da sydd yn bodloni'r gofynion proffesiynol a diwydiannol a ddisgwylir gan greadigaethau wedi'u dylunio'n dda. Mae enillwyr Haearn yn dangos medrusrwydd mawr, arbenigedd uchel, dealltwriaeth arbenigol a gallu creadigol eu crewyr. Disgwylir i AD House Preswylfa Un Deulu fod yn greadigaeth uchel ei bri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn ymarferol ac yn arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Haearn A' Design Award yn integreiddio arferion gorau'r diwydiant ac mae ganddo nodweddion technegol cymwys wedi'u cysylltu â gwybodaeth ymarferol a dawn. Priodweddau Unigryw: The projects consists of a 495 sqm of constructed space. Located in Teresina, Brazil, a very warm region, the house protects its residents of the heat integrating green spaces within the house. The grounf floors consists of a kitchen, garage, living and dining rooms, patio and other dependencies. The first floor is the privative space where is located the bedrooms. The rooftop consists of a communal space where residents can gather and relax.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: The house is located on a 33m x 33m x 38m x 13m site. It has 495 sqm of constructed space on a 814sqm site

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: The walls were made using ceramic bricks, the structure was made using concrete and the roof was made using thermo-acoustic aluminum tiles. The brise soleils were made using a japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban which consist of burning wood to better preserve it.
Her Dylunio: The structure of the house was the most complicated part, since there is a swimming pool on the second floor which can be viewed from the ground floor. The entire house is constructed on concrete pillars. Charred wood was also used by design choice since it can preserve wood for a very long period.
Ymchwil: The entire house was designed by Flavio Franco. The design process took about one month to complete. The architect wanted to design a house that incorporate a lot of green spaces and it has a swimming pool floating above the ground floor. The finished result is a house that blends in the landscape and it looks very light.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The main inspiration for this house was the surrounding landscape, since the site is located on the highest part of the location. One of the design principles was to use this so the residents could have the best views available in the region. The house is integrated with nature and its surroundings using light materials and transparencies.
Hyd y Prosiect: Planning started in 2018 and construction took place in 2021 in Teresina, Brazil
Llif Gweithrediad: The house blends in the landscape which is achieved using lots of green space and glass along the facade.
