Am Sant Andrea Adeilad Preswyl

Mae Sant Andrea yn adeilad preswyl wedi'i leoli yng Nghaxias do Sul, yn nhalaith Rio Grande do Sul, yn ne Brasil. Mae gan yr adeilad un deg chwe llawr, gydag un fflat i bob llawr. Mae pob fflat yn cynnig 200 metr sgwâr o ardal breifat a thair swît. Mae'r ffurf yn gyfaint fertigol tal wedi'i nodweddu gan linellau fertigol a llorweddol. Mae balconïau â slabiau concrit noeth a phaneli brise soleil pren yn rhoi ymdeimlad o symudiad i'r ffasâd. Nodir y fynedfa gan gyfaint pren mawr sy'n ymestyn tuag at y stryd. Defnyddir teils cerameg hefyd ar y ffasadau.

Mae enillwyr Efydd yn arteffactau medrus iawn a thrawiadol o greadigol sydd yn dilysu profiad helaeth, dychymyg a dyfeisgarwch eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Sant Andrea Adeilad Preswyl fod yn wrthrych uchel ei fri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn nodedig o broffesiynol ac arloesol. Priodweddau Unigryw: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample vertical monolith marked by your vertical and horizontal lines. The balconies with apparent concrete slabs and wood brises make the facade unique, bringing the ideia of movement to the building. The Acess is marked by a big wood volume that moves towards the street and welcomes the residents
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: The development consists of a residential building with 16 floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with three suites. Social area with more than 70.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 720,00 square meters and the Gross Area: 4.940,00 square meters.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, apparent concrete and wood brises were used in the facades.
Her Dylunio: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Ymchwil: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Llif Gweithrediad: The better result and perform pass by the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, conscious consuption of water, termoacustic confort, discharge correct and recycling, photovoltaic panels, eletric car charger.
