Am Arte Residence Adeilad Preswyl

Mae Arte Residence yn adeilad preswyl gydag ugain llawr, wedi'i leoli ar draeth Torres, bwrdeistref yn nhalaith Rio Grande do Sul, yn eithaf deheuol Brasil. Mae gan y datblygiad ugain llawr, gyda dau fflat ym mhob llawr. Cyfanswm o 200.00 metr sgwâr o ardal breifat ym mhob fflat. O ran cyfaint, mae'r strwythur yn cynnwys monolith fertigol mawr gyda set fynegiadol o blânau llorweddol, wedi'u trefnu ar hanner lefelau, lle mae balconïau mawr sy'n wynebu'r môr wedi'u lleoli. Mae'r bensaernïaeth yn dawel, lle mae materoldeb concrit a phren yn dangos ei ddilysrwydd.

Mae Arte Residence Adeilad Preswyl yn enillydd Gwobr Haearn A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau da sydd yn bodloni'r gofynion proffesiynol a diwydiannol a ddisgwylir gan greadigaethau wedi'u dylunio'n dda. Mae enillwyr Haearn yn dangos medrusrwydd mawr, arbenigedd uchel, dealltwriaeth arbenigol a gallu creadigol eu crewyr. Disgwylir i Arte Residence Adeilad Preswyl fod yn greadigaeth uchel ei bri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn ymarferol ac yn arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Haearn A' Design Award yn integreiddio arferion gorau'r diwydiant ac mae ganddo nodweddion technegol cymwys wedi'u cysylltu â gwybodaeth ymarferol a dawn. Priodweddau Unigryw: In terms of volume, the structure consists in a large vertical monolith with an expressive set of horizontal planes, arranged in half levels, where large balconies facing the sea are located. The architecture is serene, where the materiality of exposed concrete and wood show its authenticity.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: The development is a residential building with twenty floors, with two apartments per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with three suites and large social areas. The total area of the Development is 9,936.38 square meters.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: In this building, we value the quality and authenticity of the products and finishes. For this purpose, exposed concrete, wood and ceramic tiles were used.
Her Dylunio: The challenge of this project was to make a building that exploited its constructive potential to the full with architectural quality and that was not an obvious product to be launched: all the alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to differentiate itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Ymchwil: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The idea was to make a product that catered to the building's target audience. People who are open to new proposals, who value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and the value of design in all the products they consume.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project is located on Torres beach, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Llif Gweithrediad: The best result and performance are based on the idea of reducing environmental impacts, and the building has some solutions like Energy efficiency, conscientious consumption of water, thermo acoustic confort, correct disposal and recycling.
