Mae House in Repino yn dŷ preifat wedi'i leoli yn Repino, rhanbarth Leningrad, Rwsia. Mae gan y tŷ arwynebedd cyfanswm o 1000 metr sgwâr. Gosododd y gymuned filâu un rheol gadarn: roedd yn rhaid i'r holl breswylfeydd ddilyn arddull debyg i un Wright. Mae'r dyluniad yn ystyried y rheol ac yn dehongli'r arddull mewn ffordd wreiddiol. Mae'r tŷ wedi'i integreiddio i'r dirwedd. Cedwir y coed presennol cyn belled ag y bo modd, ac mae rhai coed yn mynd trwy'r canopïau i greu rhythm a pherthynas agosach rhwng pensaernïaeth a natur. Carreg, pren a metel yw'r prif ddeunyddiau.

Mae House in Repino Tŷ Preifat yn enillydd Gwobr Aur A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth aruthrol o fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau o'r radd flaenaf, rhyfeddol a rhagorol. Mae enillwyr Aur yn greadigaethau hynod arloesol, gweledigaethol a disglair o ysblennydd sydd yn adlewyrchu athrylith, doethineb a medrusrwydd eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i House in Repino Tŷ Preifat fod yn ddyfais hynod glodfawr, arloesol a chofadwy sydd yn cyflwyno gwerth digynsail. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Aur A' Design Award yn brosiect ysblennydd a pharchus sydd yn elwa yn fawr ac yn symud ymlaen ffiniau celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg. Mae House in Repino Tŷ Preifat yn creu teimladau dwys o ddyhead, yn cynhyrfu angerdd, yn annog creadigrwydd ac yn ein cyfareddu.

Priodweddau Unigryw: The house with a total area of 1000 sq. m is located in Repino, Leningrad region. The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. The result is a completely original project but with consideration of this requirement. The house is well integrated into the landscape. The aim is to preserve as many existing trees as possible; some of them will go through the canopies to create a unique rhythm and better architecture&nature relationship.

Her Dylunio: The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. This requirement was taken into consideration but interpreted.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The main source of inspiration was the unique natural environment of the region. For the project, the natural materials were chosen: stone characteristic to the local environment, wood, and metal. All of them will change in time for architecture to fuse with the natural environment.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project has started in 2020 and still in progress. The location is Repino, Leningrad region, Russia.
Llif Gweithrediad: The house is planned around the center where is living room placed. To reach other rooms, the user will have to pass by the “main square”, the heart of the house. The rest of the functional program of the house is made of kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for inhabitants and guests, 2 children’s rooms, changing room, SPA with a swimming pool, hammam and sauna, cabinet, lounge zone.
Every room, including SPA, master bedroom, and children’s rooms, has an access to the individual terraces. The central outdoor lounge zone with a fireplace and a summer kitchen is without a canopy.
On the site, there are a guest block with two guest bedrooms; technical facilities, a garage with the staff facility, and a workshop.
