Ryouriyado Yamazaki je japonský hostinec nacházející se ve městě Echizen, prefektura Fukui, Japonsko. Původní železobetonová budova byla nahrazena dřevěnou konstrukcí. Robustní soukromý dům postavený asi před 120 lety ve stejné oblasti Hokuriku byl přestěhován a znovu oživen jako hlavní budova. Stávající kování a interiérové materiály byly znovu použity, aby zůstala zachována historická atmosféra. Dřevo, štuk a recyklované dřevěné kování byly aplikovány tradičními řemeslníky. Dvoupatrový hostinec je navržen tak, aby harmonizoval s drsným pobřežním klimatem.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: The request was to change the RC inn to a wooden structure.
So, we relocated the robust old private house from the same Hokuriku area and revived. This plan was consistent with the owner's concept. This stately private house built 120 years ago was too large to be a general house, but it became the characteristic building as the accommodation facility by reusing.
We also reused all the fittings and interior materials that had been used before not to hurt the atmosphere of the historic house.
