O designu Urawa Garden Bldg Kancelářská budova
Urawa Garden Building je kancelářská budova v Urawě v prefektuře Saitama v Japonsku. Průchozí pasáž protíná pozemek a propojuje okolní ulice, čímž připomíná bývalou nákupní třídu Nakaginza Seven. Otevřená náměstíčka podél pasáže poskytují chodcům i zaměstnancům kanceláří místa k setkávání. Fasádu tvoří plovoucí skleněné kostky s různou mírou průhlednosti, takže se vzhled budovy proměňuje s denním světlem. V interiérových pracovních prostorech jsou použity přírodní materiály, zeleň a umělecká díla. Energeticky úsporné osvětlení a strategie pasivního designu podporují komfort a udržitelnost.
