The Verdant Syndicate je multifunkční komplex vybudovaný na pozemku o rozloze 4 269 metrů čtverečních na bývalé zemědělské půdě v provincii Che-nan v Číně. Komplex propojuje přírodu, udržitelnost a komunitu v městském prostředí, respektuje zemědělské dědictví této země a zároveň vytváří příjem pro místní obyvatele. Systém hospodaření s dešťovou vodou zachycuje a filtruje dešťovou vodu a rozvádí ji potrubím poháněným gravitací, takže rostliny jsou zásobovány s minimální spotřebou energie.
