Grand Mansion je interiérový design vzorového domu o rozloze 110 metrů čtverečních v Guangzhou. Obývací pokoj se obejde bez tradiční pohovky a dekorativní zadní stěny. Dlouhý multifunkční stůl slouží k snídani, videokonferencím, práci, studiu i odpolednímu čaji. Interiér je rozdělen do sdílených zón pro odpočinek, práci a úložné prostory. Horizontální multifunkční skříň stírá hranici mezi obývací a jídelní částí. Mezi použité materiály patří umělecká malba, texturované nástěnné obklady, dřevěná dýha, mramor a cihla. Dispozice reaguje na kombinované potřeby bydlení a práce.

Accordingly, in this case design, the living room no longer has the traditional sofa and background wall, a long table will meet most of the use scenarios: breakfast, video conference, work, study, afternoon tea and so on. The design concept of intermediary came into being, and the designers no longer pursue a single design logic.

Therefore, at different times, different situations, there will be different instant feelings, the mixed feelings of life to release different emotions.
Inspirace: Contemporary young consumer groups, with the impact of the epidemic, the residential use function has undergone tremendous changes. Now the living space can not only have simple functions, it needs more combination of work and rest, diversification, more practical and intimate function superposition, which is the original intention of the design concept of compound residence.
Doba trvání projektu: The project started in July 2022 in Guangzhou and finished in September 2022 in Guangzhou.
