O designu Gin And Chuan Interiérový design restaurace

Gin and Chuan je interiérový design restaurace nacházející se v centru východního Hongqiao v Šanghaji v Číně. Projekt zabírá plochu 2 000 metrů čtverečních a zahrnuje deset soukromých jídelen s celkovou kapacitou 200 míst k sezení. Design spojuje moderní švýcarský mezinárodní styl s keramickým uměním města Jingdezhen. Zakázková keramika je ručně vyráběna v Jingdezhenu a vypalována při teplotě 1400 stupňů, díky čemuž je každý kus jedinečný. Interiér odkazuje na kulturu Bašu a sečuánskou kuchyni a propojuje tuto gastronomickou tradici s whisky. Design byl dokončen v roce 2022.

Relying on the Great Hongqiao Hub, “Gin and Chuan”Restaurant has superimposed the dual empowerment of Hongqiao Central Business District and Changning District. This is bound to become the new top class.
