One Hengqin-Macao Bay je prodejní centrum umístěné ve 43. patře výškové budovy Huafa Hengqin International Finance Building v Zhuhai, jejíž výška dosahuje 339 metrů. Interiér zaujímá plochu 1000 metrů čtverečních. Návrh vychází z konceptu mraků a stoupajícího přílivu a rámuje výhledy na moře a oblohu za okny. Kovové linie formují stěny, zatímco podlahu pokrývá vysoce čistá mramorová parketová dlažba. Dispozice podporuje tři způsoby využití prostoru: komunikaci, odpočinek a práci. Přirozené světlo a stíny jsou přivedeny dovnitř a vytvářejí pohlcující zážitek.
