Lakeville Regency Residence je soukromá rezidence nacházející se v centru Šanghaje v Číně. Interiér je navržen ve stylu moderního kolonialismu. Prostorem se prolíná kontrast černé a bílé barvy. Použité materiály zahrnují teraco nařezané do malých cihel, tapetu s tkanou texturou a okenice s detaily dálněvýchodní architektury. Obývací pokoj se pyšní minimalistickými ostrůvky a visícím krbem.
