O designu Bay Arce Restaurace – interiér

Bay Arce je restaurace se specializací na mořské plody, umístěná v budově terminálu pro výletní lodě v přístavu Kanazawa. Jídelní prostor je orientován k moři prostřednictvím celoskleněné stěny a výhled se postupně odhaluje návštěvníkům při jejich pohybu od vstupu do prostoru. Objem sedací zóny vytváří velký zaoblený tvar připomínající loď, vystavěný z jemně opracovaných dílů dřeva Noto Hiba pocházejícího z prefektury Ishikawa. Stupňovitá podlaha umožňuje výhled na moře z každého místa k sezení a mírný sklon zajišťuje bezbariérový přístup pro uživatele invalidních vozíků. Dřevěný strop je ručně ohýbán do tvaru vlny a v noci je nasvícen.

If you look closely, the fine wood expresses the craftsmanship of the combination of natural wood colors. In addition, the wooden panel that represents the waves is beautifully lit up on the ceiling.
