Sunny House je interiérový design vzorové jednotky vytvořený za účelem prezentace obytného uspořádání návštěvníkům. Prostor zabírá 380 metrů čtverečních. V interiéru dominují světlé tóny s akcenty bronzového kovu a ořechového dřeva, které navozují orientální atmosféru. Teplé šedé mramorové vzory kontrastují s rozsáhlými plochami béžové a šedé nástěnné tkaniny a stěnami z tmavého ořechu. Čínské prvky a moderní městský charakter se spojují v jednom celku a vytvářejí klidné a elegantní prostředí. Všechny stěny jsou betonové, takže design zdůrazňuje otevřený prostor i jemné detaily.
