Beile Hotpot je interiérový design restaurace pro podnik s hot potem vařeným v měděném kotli na dřevěném uhlí ve městě Fu-čou v provincii Fu-ťien v Číně. Prostor o rozloze 260 metrů čtverečních se drží architektonického stylu čínské dynastie Čching. Půdorys je uspořádán do symetrických čtvercových vzorů a strop připomíná čepovou a dlabovou konstrukci hřebene starobylé střechy. Zakázkově vyrobené lampy mají podobu tradičních okapů. Zadní veřejný prostor osvětluje průsvitná měkká fólie s ručně malovaným krajinným výjevem. Barevné schéma tvoří tóny rumělky, modré, červeného zlata a dřeva.
