Dedicated to technical development in the field of internet industry, animation industry, and smart architecture the park encourages co working in enterprise, production, research and development to obtain results.
Under the concept of combination of nature ecosystem and scientific development, green smart architecture is established .
Ispirazione: To differentiate from traditional industrial parks with low connectivity
and to fulfill future requirements Run Science Park will have three distinctive functions, space for various exhibitions, office, and flexible usages. Through the reinterpretation of traditional industrial parks, the open working space, informal conference area and internal facilities together create a sharing community with multi functionality and high connectivity.
Durata di u Prugettu: The project started in October 2017 and finished in January 2020
Flussu Operativu: To satisfy various uses in the future, the design allocated 75 percent of the area for office, 5 percent flexible space, 5 percent exhibition space, 15 percent complex space.
And another consideration of the project was its relationship with the city and the industrial complex.The sunken plaza provides spatial experience on various levels so that the sufficient amount of sunlight can reach underground. The building facade reflects one of key design ideas, the combination of technology and ecosystem.
