The flooring combines multi colored PVC tiles with carpet to subtly define work and lounge areas, eliminating the need for bulky physical barriers.

Ispirazione: The client, a software company, faced an aging building with low beams. Instead of cold office designs or quiet wood tones, the team reinterpreted the brief through the company core technologies. Linear computation, stacking, and boundary breaking were translated into a spatial vocabulary. By playing with color and fluid circulation, the office becomes a dynamic environment that sparks creativity and fosters interaction.

Flussu Operativu: To accommodate 100 employees, the plan adopts ring shaped circulation with dual entrances. High focus work zones are grouped on the lower half, while collaborative areas are on the upper half. On the left, a lounge connects to the office through an S shaped grille divider. This encourages informal conversations and collaboration. Irregular corners are repurposed as storage, and workstations feature built in cabinetry to maintain efficiency.
