Soft curves, organic forms, and expansive 3.3-meter glazing create a seamless, light-filled environment. It's a holistic ecosystem fostering connection and creativity, redefining modern family living beyond mere accommodation.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: Guided by biophilic principles, the design methodology focused on dissolving the barrier between indoors and out. This was achieved through a 6-meter-high lobby and expansive 3.3-meter glazing, maximizing natural light and airflow. The material palette intentionally blends minimalist concrete with warm wood to craft a sophisticated yet gentle atmosphere. A key technique was favoring soft, organic curves over hard angles, most prominent in the library's unique curved wooden architecture.

Inspirasyon: Inspired by the human-centric and biophilic principles of WOHA architects, the motive was to create a true community, not just housing. The design fosters a holistic lifestyle for young families by weaving art, nature, and shared experiences into daily life. This approach seeks to elevate residential living by creating an ecosystem where human connection can flourish through shared spaces like the Art Corridor and Living Kitchen, crafting a lifestyle rooted in aesthetic appreciation.
