Moon Chair és una cadira d'automuntatge feta de fusta massissa. El disseny utilitza l'ebenisteria tradicional de mortesa i espiga juntament amb encaixos de cua d'oreneta. No inclou connectors metàl·lics, de manera que Moon Chair es pot muntar i desmuntar a mà en dos o tres passos. La cadira està feta de noguera americana i es dona forma mitjançant el tallat de la fusta. Les dimensions són de 390 per 340 per 680 mil·límetres. El format d'embalatge pla redueix els costos de transport i s'adapta a la venda en línia. La cadira està pensada per a joves amb habitatges petits que es traslladen sovint.

Propietats Úniques: The Moon Chair is made of solid wood, simple and stylish, utilizing mortise and tenon joinery for a strong visual impact. It is a high degree of integration of aesthetics and structure, the structure of the clever use of mortise and tenon joints and dovetail locks, the product itself does not have any connectors, can be disassembled and assembled with bare hands. Its structural form is presented in a perfect blend with modern aesthetics!
Recerca: Nowadays, the young generation has lower income, small living space, likes online shopping, moves frequently and pursues a certain quality of life. They need flexible, space-saving, easy-to-use, simple and stylish furniture to improve their quality of life. Moon Chair skillfully uses traditional mortise and tenon structure, the whole product has no metal connectors, and can be assembled and disassembled with bare hands, and the beauty of its structure well demonstrates the wisdom of the predecessors. The flat design greatly reduces transportation costs and is ideal for online sales.
Inspiració: The current young generation of people with low income, narrow living space, like online shopping, often moving, the pursuit of a certain quality of life. We hope to design a new mortise and tenon structure based on the traditional mortise and tenon structure, combined with the toughness of wood materials, to realize a high degree of integration of the disassembling function, firmness and aesthetics of the chair!
Durada del Projecte: The project started in April 2018 in Hangzhou and finished in August 2020 in Hangzhou.
