Hot 20S és un telèfon intel·ligent amb una coberta posterior que canvia de color. La coberta posterior combina tinta fotocròmica i tinta luminescent en un sol acabat. A la llum del dia, la llum ultraviolada torna la superfície de color blau violeta i revela un patró gràfic. En un entorn fosc, la mateixa superfície brilla en blau verd i mostra l'efecte contrari. Es produeixen tres estats de color sense cap consum d'energia. L'acabat es realitza mitjançant vint passos de processament, un poliment acurat i una barreja de colors controlada.
