Sobre M Cube Coixí

M Cube és un coixí ergonòmic dissenyat per donar suport al cap, el coll i les espatlles. El coixí utilitza una estructura dividida en dues capes. La capa de suport està feta de material Matrix imprès en 3D, una estructura composta multifibra i escuma d'alta resiliència, que juntes proporcionen un suport estable. La capa de confort està feta d'escuma tova d'origen biològic amb una alçada davantera i posterior esglaonada i una estructura central prefabricada, que s'adapta a diferents postures de son i ajuda a relaxar els músculs. L'alçada, la corba i el suport es poden personalitzar segons les dades corporals de cada individu. El coixí mesura 600 per 400 per 120 mm.

Propietats Úniques: On the one hand, the traditional function pillow design usually impairs the functionality of the perfect ergonomic structure using a single material. The split structure and new materials are expected to solve this industrial key problem, fully leveraging its structure and material selection. On the other hand, the support degree and pressure relief ability of pillows are the first considerations of consumers in terms of experience.

Repte de Disseny: The product features an innovative split structure with a support layer and a comfy layer. Based on anthropometric parameters, combined with human musculoskeletal system simulation model and AB pillow supine and lateral lying interaction of biomechanical performance evaluation index, according to the clinical test group sleep conditions and comfort evaluation, via personalized programming, the design team finally developed and designed the split structure of the support layer and comfort layer.
Recerca: According to the research on online and offline health pillow consumers, it is found that they are more concerned about cervical spine health and sleep improvement shifting from body comfort when buying pillow cores. Pillow height, support degree and hardness become the key considerations. Among them, users aged from 26 to 35 in particular shows relatively more attention to cervical spine protection, and are willing to make more attempts and pay for it.
Inspiració: To obtain the benefits of medicine, material selection and biomechanical, this ergonomic neck-protection AB pillow for middle and high-end crowd features an innovative new materials and split structure with a support layer and a comfy layer to effectively support head, neck and shoulders. Durada del Projecte: The project was developed in Shanghai in August 2022 and will be launched in China in April 2023.
