L'IC100 és un fluoroscopi de raigs X 3D mòbil dissenyat per al seu ús durant les intervencions quirúrgiques. El dispositiu captura vídeo, imatges fixes i imatges tridimensionals. L'arc en C i l'estació de treball s'integren en un únic carret, cosa que estalvia espai al quiròfan i facilita el desplaçament de la unitat. Una àmplia obertura de l'anell en C s'adapta a nombrosos escenaris quirúrgics. La tecnologia Smart-Link connecta el sistema amb robots quirúrgics i escurça el flux de treball de preparació. Un detector CMOS ofereix una gran qualitat d'imatge amb dosis baixes. Una consola d'imatge independent permet l'exposició remota, reduint l'exposició a la radiació del personal sanitari.

C-Arm is a mature market,3D C-Arm sales are very limited.Demand of robotic surgery brought a huge market to 3D C-Arm.Existing C-Arm designed for manual surgery,has huge drawbacks to work with robot:
Complex procedures,inefficient,patient anesthesia risk,collision risk,high radiation,big size,low intelligence,poor images+surgical adaptability+visual field,low 3D accuracy
Inspiració: C-Arm is a must have for the popular Orthopedic robots, while existing-C-Arm doesn’t fit to robots.
Workflow:
Except 13-step surgical process,robot+existing C-Arm ask an extra 15-step and a technician to finish preoperative preparation, and additional 10-20min surgical time,reduced surgical efficiency and added patients’ anesthesia risk.
Large size of existing dual-trolley C-Arm affect surgeons’ work space, surgical result,even surgical safety. Operation room:limited space,densely equipped and staffed.
Durada del Projecte: The project started in March 2021 in Nanjing China and finished in January 2022. The product have entered into mass production and is used in hospitals.
