Crf-E2 és una motocicleta elèctrica tot terreny dissenyada per a adolescents. El xassís està fabricat amb aliatge d'alumini d'alta resistència, cosa que ajuda a reduir el pes total fins a 48 quilograms. El mòdul de bateria pesa 6 quilograms i es pot substituir en dos minuts. Un mode de velocitat de tres marxes i una estructura de canvi de marxes protegida ajuden a evitar operacions incorrectes i afavoreixen l'aprenentatge gradual de les habilitats de conducció. Propietats Úniques: As a light-weighted field utility scooter for teenagers, it outshines conventional gasoline off-road vehicles in security and lightness. Its whole weight is 48 kg, and the battery module weighs 6 kg, which can be replaced in two minutes. Its three-gear speed mode and complex gear shift structure avoid misoperation and enhance driving safety, facilitating the acquisition of driving skills.

Tecnologia de Producció: 1. Frame:
It is made of Alcoa-6000 high-strength aluminum alloy, going through forging, machining, profiling and argon arc welding. Then, it undergoes heat treatment, calibration, prescription, sand blasting, and finally anodizing. Only after acceptance can it be put into use when the whole process is completed.

Repte de Disseny: The most difficult part in the design process is the fractures of the frame. The original vehicle model was for road driving. Most foreign clients tended to drive the vehicle for the cross-country racing because its appearance resembled an off-road vehicle, but the shock absorption of the original model was not strong enough to meet their needs. It leaded to the fracture problem of the original vehicle model.
Recerca: Studies have shown that more than 70 percent of teenagers tend to spend their spare time at home, which will exert a negative impact on the physical and mental health of teenagers in the long run. In view of this situation, this product can better cater to them in daily leisure. Riding an off-road scooter accompanied by parents in the fresh air is a great way for teenagers to relieve stress, enhance fitness and balance.
Inspiració: In view of the increasing popularity of new energy, a new battery-powered dynamic system is developed and applied to the scooter. The simplified battery structure for easy detachment and quick replacement endows the scooter with stronger driving range. In this way, the scooter is an ideal substitute for gasoline off-road vehicles on the market.
Durada del Projecte: The project was launched in Los Angeles, USA, in May 2018 and completed in Dongguan, China, in October 2021.
