Sobre The New Ampolla d'Aigua Reutilitzable

The New és una ampolla d'aigua reutilitzable dissenyada com a alternativa als productes de plàstic d'un sol ús. El cos està fet d'acer inoxidable 304, i el revestiment interior és d'acer inoxidable 316. El cos cònic afavoreix una subjecció còmoda per a mans de diferents mides. La proporció entre la tapa i la longitud del cos és de 1 a 8, una relació inspirada en l'Home de Vitruvi de Leonardo da Vinci. La tapa es pot aixecar amb dos dits. La vora té un gruix de 13,8 mm, el qual facilita beure durant els viatges. L'ampolla mesura 70 per 70 per 250 mm.

Propietats Úniques: NIO The New Bottle aims to advocate environmental protection towards consumers. It features re-usability and attractive appearance to encourage less use of disposable plastic products. Based on the precise mechanics design, the ratio of its conical bottle body and bottle lid stands at 1:8. The bottle rim is 13.8mm thick suitable for drinking water.

Tecnologia de Producció: The body is made of 304 stainless steel, and the interior is made of 316 stainless steel liner.
Repte de Disseny: The design challenge is to balance function and aesthetics. Designers employ mechanics analysis and ergonomic design for the body, joint and cap, so that whatever the size of hand, users can easily grab any part of the bottle, lift it up and hold it firmly.
Recerca: Our research on 30 tumblers reveals that almost all tumblers in the market are straight and squat, thus difficult for girls with smaller hands to use.
By observing the user behaviors and with feedback from test use, we have concluded that tumblers need to be minimalized. The New Bottle, eliminating all redundant and useless functions, focuses on the extreme experience of drinking, making environment protection simple and fashionable.
Inspiració: Inspired by the Vitruvian Man by Leonardo da Vinci, designers applied the 1/8 cap-to-body ratio in length to achieve a delicate balance of power and aesthetics.
Durada del Projecte: Starting the project in August 2018, first sale in February 2020.
Flux d'Operació: The conical bottle body also ensures good hand feel of grip while the bottle lid of UFO styling can be lifted easily with only two fingers. Moreover, the bottle rim is 13.8mm thick which is even easy for drinking on the road.
