Avalanche és una superfície translúcida de quars aglomerat dissenyada per a cuines, banys i revestiments de parets i terres. L'aspecte d'Avalanche s'inspira en la pedra d'ònix natural, amb llargues vetes que recorren cada llosa. La superfície transmet la llum, de manera que una font lluminosa col·locada per sota converteix el panell en un element il·luminat. Avalanche es produeix a partir de cristall de quars reciclat, vidre i resina, premsats sota buit i polits amb abrasius de diamant. El material és no porós, resistent a les ratllades i apte per al contacte amb aliments.

Dimensions i Embalatge: Due to its chemical formulation including recycled quartz, glass and resin combined to compact slab shape vibro-comprehension under vacuum press. We are offering healthy, hygienic, and transparent lighting surfaces. Avalanche is made by Belenco with the latest high technology engineered stone fully automatic robotic producing lines to serve the interior designer more sustainable natural look compound stones. Slabs have a shape of 330,165,2cm thick.

Repte de Disseny: Avalanche is one of the most durable materials due to the quartz mineral,which is one of the hardest minerals after diamond.Avalanche, 90 % recycled quartz content adds superior properties to the structure and surface durability, scratch and acid,basic alkaline and chemical resistance and increase the strength four times than onyx,granite and marble.The vein pattern design sustainable every slab due to robotic process whereas the natural stones pattern changed every block cut to size as slab.
Recerca: Avalanche is a practical,user friendly and a constantly efficient product.When mounted as a quartz surface (and if intended a light source placed to its underneath),its hygienic,antibacterial,has strong scratch resistance (quartz 7 Mohs scale strength),chemical resistance and no water absorption due to non-porosity.It has a long-life cycle and high impact resistance,only necessary change would be lightning source in the upcoming years.Avalanche will remain shiny and new just like the first day.

Durada del Projecte: The Avalanche Project started at 2020 in Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant, start up in 2020 at the production and exhibited to the market at 2021. Since 2021 to these time Belenco Avalanche is on the market of mainly USA.

The slab shaped to length of 310 cm and the width of 152 cm and the thickness of 20 cm, cured at the oven, polished with diamond abrasives to give them higher glosses finishes and final quality control area separated the slabs to their quality and pick up glossy surface face to face, bundled and transport to the clients.
