Sobre The Hub Desenvolupament turístic d'ús mixt
The Hub és un desenvolupament d'ús mixt dissenyat per al turisme a Healesville, Victòria, Austràlia. El projecte combina un mercat patrimonial, un centre gastronòmic, una fàbrica de cervesa, un hotel, un restaurant i un centre d'esdeveniments. Un recorregut per a vianants connecta tots els usos al llarg de la parcel·la de sis acres. Els edificis s'esglaonen seguint la topografia, i els materials terrosos relacionen el desenvolupament amb el paisatge circumdant. El concepte de disseny porta l'exterior cap a l'interior i obre l'espai als visitants a peu. La intenció és donar suport al turisme local tot mantenint el caràcter del barri.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
