Sipa Khas: The main structure of this villa is evolved around a central core; where most of the family activities will be, this core was studied carefully to get a healthy solar exposure with a well ventilation that gives the whole villa a source of light, warmth and energy.

With an open space planning and multiple double height spaces, wrapped by a sequence of elegant arches in variant sizes, yet harmonious with each other and well blended with the internal spaces, all helped in creating a simple cozy yet luxurious elegant home, inside and outside.
Ukurang & Kemasang: Plot area: 3256 m2
Plot dimensions: 71m x 45.8 m
Built up areas:

Tantangeng Désain: One of the most demanding and complex space planning that blended all in harmony together
Inspirasi: ALMA: The name derived from the Latin and Spanish words
