Sipa Khas: This project focuses on the thoughtful planning of communal spaces within a congregate housing property. Central to this initiative are the enduring ideals of love and peace, aspirations shared by all of humanity and core value of the legendary Spanish artist Pablo Picasso. It transforms the communal areas into a vibrant, dynamic living environment, breathing life and depth into the space. Residents will be welcomed into an atmosphere that fosters a sense of calm.
