Sipa Khas: The house has been designed on two floors, with the client accessing the entire home from the second floor. There is a glassy corridor before entering the home, preventing cold and heat entry. Each detail in the house represents the client's emotions, and everyone in the house can explore her personality. A smart system has been used to control all electronic devices and lights with a user-friendly app. In addition, a smart water supply system eases water irrigation to the whole part of home.
Ukurang & Kemasang: The total area has built in 480 square meters.
