Téknologi Produksi: In this building, we value the quality and authenticity of the products and finishes. For this purpose, exposed concrete, wood and ceramic tiles were used.
Tantangeng Désain: The challenge of this project was to make a building that exploited its constructive potential to the full with architectural quality and that was not an obvious product to be launched: all the alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to differentiate itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Panélitiang: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Inspirasi: The idea was to make a product that catered to the building's target audience. People who are open to new proposals, who value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and the value of design in all the products they consume.
Wettu Proyék: The project is located on Torres beach, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
