O dizajnu E390 Električni motocikl

E390 je električni motocikl dizajniran za gradsku vožnju mladih vozača. Karoserija je izrađena od oblikovanih dijelova spojenih bez vidljivih vijaka, što joj daje lagan i profinjen izgled. Integrisani veliki ekranski panel prikazuje podatke o vožnji, nivo baterije, domet, kvarove, brzine i upravljanje. Prednje i zadnje hidraulične vilice omogućavaju udobnu vožnju, a prednje disk kočnice sa naspramnim dvostrukim cilindrima pružaju osjetljivo kočenje. Modularni dijelovi omogućavaju različite sklopove, uključujući zadnji nosač prtljage, naslon, oslonce za noge i prednju korpu.

Jedinstvena svojstva: E390 is an aesthetically pleasing electric motorbike which satisfies the trendy travelling for young people. The joint of molded pieces without exposed screws is conducive to its lightness and delicacy. Its integrated large screen panel and hydraulic front&rear forks provide comfortable driving experience for users. Also, its opposed twin cylinder front disc brakes ensures safety when driving.

Tehnologija proizvodnje: The joint structure of molded pieces without exposed screws coordinates with the styling of aluminum alloy luggage carrier and the side support, and the design of integrated rear lights, which endows the light and flexible texture. It also realizes additional functions such as various assembly of the rear luggage carrier, the rear back rest, the rear feet rest and the front luggage basket, and placement of briefcases and shopping bags.
Dizajnerski izazov: The biggest difficulty encountered in the development process of this work is the integrated control and grasp of the whole car function, such as no screw leakage appearance, cell phone and electric motorbike positioning matching, power accurate display, etc., coupled with the tight schedule of the market, so the structural design, electrical development, supplier matching, market delivery time, product quality and other unprecedented challenges.
Istraživanje: E390 is not only ingenious in its appearance but also in its personalized modular customization, which allows diversified assembly of components. It shows high cost performance with its small size, makes up for the shortcomings of similar products and occupies a place in market of electric motorbikes.

E390 is promoted for trendy travelling, as young people tend to pursue stylish appearance and multiple functions of electric motorbikes.
