About Paulo Carvalho
Selvagen is a startup that combines nature and technology in the development of design and architecture artifacts. It designs species through biolearning, computational programming and artificial inteligence. The name Selvagen comes from the term in portuguese "selva": a forest biome known for its dense vegetation and vast biodiversity in equatorial and tropical regions. And also the term "generative" which refers to a computational methodology that utilizes algorithms capable of generating a infinite number of artifacts with a finite number of parameters.
