ইকোজয় সিটি হলো শেনজেনের একটি সংস্কারকৃত ভবনে অবস্থিত একটি বুটিক হোটেলের অভ্যন্তরীণ পরিসর। এই নকশায় সর্বাগ্রে স্থান পেয়েছে স্বল্প-কার্বন নীতিমালা, যাকে সহায়তা করেছে ব্যবসায়িক, ফ্যাশন ও অবকাশমূলক কার্যাবলি। ১৯২৮০ বর্গমিটার জুড়ে বিস্তৃত এই পরিসরে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে পুনর্ব্যবহারযোগ্য ধাতু, পরিবেশবান্ধব ফ্লোরিং, দেয়ালের উপকরণ ও দেয়ালচিত্র। মূল কাঠামোর সীমিত ছাদ-উচ্চতা এবং পুরু কলাম গ্রিড বিন্যাসকে পথ দেখিয়েছে। অভ্যন্তর ও বাহিরের দৃশ্যপটকে সংযুক্ত করতে ঘরের ভেতরে সবুজ গাছপালা স্থাপন করা হয়েছে। একটি পানি পরিমাপ ব্যবস্থা পানির ব্যবহার নথিভুক্ত ও বিশ্লেষণ করে।

- In response to the call for old buildings renovation, Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) Low Carbon Cities Programme, as known as The Ecojoy City, extensively employs recyclable metal materials, environmentally friendly floors, wall materials and wall hangings to design boutique hotels, taking advantage of the limited height of the original space and the thick column grids, which perfectly indicates the concept of low carbon supplemented by business, fashion and recreation.

This project used recycled high-density polyethylene for grass pavement tiles, which can reduce storm water runoff and reduce surface water pollution. This project reduces waste of resources and promotes the development of the green building industry.
