ইয়ার্ড অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট হলো সাংহাইয়ে অবস্থিত একটি স্বল্পমেয়াদী ভাড়ার আবাসিক অন্তঃসজ্জা, যার অভ্যন্তরীণ আয়তন ২৫ বর্গমিটার। ডিজাইনটি অভ্যন্তরীণ কক্ষগুলোকে একটি প্রাঙ্গণের সঙ্গে যুক্ত করে, যা আবহাওয়া ভালো থাকলে বাইরের বসার ঘর হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। একটি বার ভেতর ও বাইরের অংশকে সংযুক্ত করে। নিচু করে বসানো বসার ঘরটি উচ্চতার বৈচিত্র্য সৃষ্টি করে এবং একটি মেজানিনে শয়নকক্ষটি স্থান পেয়েছে। কাঠের ভিনিয়ার ও কাঠের আসবাব এই ছোট বাসস্থানটিকে একটি উষ্ণ চরিত্র দেয়, আর স্নানঘরটি গাঢ় সিমেন্ট পেইন্টে সাজানো হয়েছে। কাস্টম আসবাব অত্যন্ত সীমিত পরিসরে একাধিক কার্যকারিতাকে পরস্পরের সঙ্গে মিলেমিশে থাকার সুযোগ দেয়।

- This project studies the possibility of a tiny living space. Its purpose is to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere in a very small space and to meet the needs of residents' living and social interaction. The design team carefully controls the size of each activity scene, and realizes the superposition of various functions through the customized furniture and advantages of floor height. Space limitation through wood increases the richness of space. The contrast of materials enlarges the visual feeling of space.

The dark color bathroom area wrapped by cement paint brings the residents a sense of tranquility and relaxation under the carefully designed lighting.
