The team turned the clay and foam into a hard material mold in the initial stage, then divided it into small pieces and numbered them. In the middle stage, the stainless steel material was forged into small pieces on the mold by hand and finally welded into shape. As a public facility, public seats provide a basic resting function for people, and at the same time serves as a city logo to convey the spiritual and cultural connotation of the city to the public. With the development of the times, public seats should not only be optimized and innovated in terms of function and shape, but also be enriched and enhanced in connotation.
The design team extracts the natural form of the leaves, which symbolizes green and life, and adopts human centered and nature-based bionic design. This aims to enhance the bonds between human, object and nature and promotes the concept of green life. At the same time, the function of the public seat is expanded to provide users with more functions.
The project was designed and developed in Hangzhou in August 2021 and was listed in China in October 2022.

4. The grille design not only can effectively dredge water, but also contributes the better breathability and comfort.
