This project is positioned as an upscale Chinese-style residential development catering to those who pursue Chinese traditional culture and a quality life.

Тэхналогія вытворчасці: Natural materials including solid wood and stone are largely used in the constructions. The Chinese classical details, such as corridors, column, arches, hangings, purlins, rafters, etc., are all made of logs. In order to enhance the quality of building, the entrance and the second-floor walls are clad in dry-hanging stones rather than paint. Those stones are elaborately carved and endowed with Chinese-style textures.

Аперацыйны працэс: The project interprets a generation process of classic Chinese garden, drawing on advantages of Greentown's Chinese-style villas like Yunqi Rose Garden and Jiang Nan Li, so as to present the best effect. Architectural details including roof, eave, door and window, upturned roof corner, etc., are elaborately designed to realize a harmonious scale. The whole building enjoys delicate detailed parts, well echoing the classic Chinese gardens.
