Унікальныя ўласцівасці: Designers used the high-ceilinged space above the reading table to create forest trees that resemble a giant piece of installation art. Its standing posture corresponds with the vast sea of knowledge and symbolizes that children will grow and thrive step by step through learning. Using a pure white color tone as the theme of this space, it smartly brings out a colorful visual atmosphere and makes the reading atmosphere of the library more lively and vivid.

Тэхналогія вытворчасці: The simple white makes the space seemingly more pure, which elegantly brings out the joyful rainbow-like colors and further stresses the color contrast. In addition to rainbow curves and a giant pure white tree, the designer also used many arc elements as miniature inspirations. The high arc design at the entrance and the round-shaped small windows that resemble those on airplanes or space shuttles all smartly strengthen the overall childhood fun of this place.

Даследаванне: Before this project designed, a group of children from 0 to 6 year-old and their parents are taken as research samples. These parents were interviewed for their preference when accompanying children, such as environmental and circulation conditions. Also, children were tested if they prefer certain kinds of shapes, color tones, and texture. It turns out that the adults are concerned about and the safeness and convenience in a playroom and kids tend to catch on colorful materials and vivid shapes.
